Is there Installation only services?
Yes, we can offer a fitting/installation only service. Please use the contact form to submit a request - Contact Form
Are services available for residential and/or commercial properties
Yes, we can offer services to residential and commercial properties. If there's a service you are interested, but not listed, please use the Contact Form, and we can get back to you.
Do you work on weekends or evenings
We believe it's important for our team members to have a healthy work/life balance, and only ask them to be available Monday - Friday, from 9am - 4pm.
Can I choose a different item than the one you offer.
Our products are purchased prior to installation from companies locally, where stock is available.
This could be well know high street stores or specialist trade stores. Our Team Member will source the best quality items chosen at the time of installation.
If there is a specific product you'd like, please use the Contact Form, with a link to the product and we can work out a Supply and installation price for you.
Where are our products sourced from?
Our products are purchased prior to installation from companies locally, where stock is available.
This could be well know high street stores or specialist trade stores. Our Team Member will source the best quality items chosen at the time of installation.
Are there any shipping cost?
Shipping is not applicable with our service.
Our Team Member will bring the items ordered and any necessary tools to complete the work.
The exception to this is when a customer has requested an installation only service, where the customer is required to supply the items/products they would like fitted

We provide on-demand and scheduled property maintenance services across the UK, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, gardening, and general handyman services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Have the legal right to book services at the property address provided.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
Bookings are made online via our website.
You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is accepted.
3.2 Payment
Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other accepted methods on our site.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and will be clearly stated during checkout.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
No booking is confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
We reserve the right to reject bookings at our discretion (with full refunds where applicable).
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Your Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of placing it, provided the service has not yet been started.
If the service is due to be carried out within that 14-day period and you have given your consent for work to begin, your right to cancel may be affected.
4.2 Refund Policy
More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund available.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No access at the time of service: No refund provided. You may be charged a call-out fee.
4.3 Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel or reschedule your appointment due to staff availability, health & safety concerns, or other reasonable circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative time slot.
5. Access and Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide safe and timely access to the property.
Ensure someone over 18 is present during the service (if required).
Notify us in advance of any special conditions or restrictions (e.g., parking, pets, building access).
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or a cancellation without refund.
6. Service Standards
We will perform all services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with UK consumer law.
If you believe a service was not completed to a reasonable standard:
You must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We may arrange a revisit or partial refund, subject to our inspection and discretion.
7. Liability and Insurance
We carry appropriate public liability insurance.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues, structural defects, or consequential damage resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
8. Intellectual Property
