Refund policy

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of placing it, provided the service has not yet been started.
If the service is due to be carried out within that 14-day period and you have given your consent for work to begin, your right to cancel may be affected.
Refund Policy
  • More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund available.
  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • No access at the time of service: No refund provided. You may be charged a call-out fee.
